We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of any services that we provide. If the client has an emergency or needs to reschedule within 24 hours, we are more than happy to accommodate them providing they do use the service at the rescheduled time. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the amount quoted to the customer if the minimum requirements of cancellation or rescheduling have not been met.

When our clients are given an arrival window, the times given are for the technicians arrival. Our clients are required to be onsite or guarantee access to the property at the first time given. If access isn't available, the client will be contacted to attempt to access. After that, we reserve the right to charge 50.00+gst to cover our time and gas.
